Meet Tom
Tom Gale-Batten – A lovely man
Thank you for checking out my website. I’m a qualified nutritionist with a strong focus on plant-based nutrition. I have a varied background of working one-on-one with individuals in multiple work environments. My ethos is personal empowerment – supporting you as best I can to achieve your nutrition and health goals. For nearly ten years I worked in HR – whilst this work was rewarding in parts, I decided to pursue other avenues in which I could support and help others – from counselling to selling vegan foods to small businesses. My passion for person-centred work marries with my passion for plant-based nutrition.
Since going vegan in 2017, my interest in vegan nutrition has grown and grown as I have sought ways to optimize my own nutritional needs as an athlete and find practical food-upgrade hacks that I can implement and share with others. From first-hand experience and speaking to hundreds of people, I understand the numerous challenges individuals may face when making dietary changes. If you are someone who wants to adopt a fully vegan diet or simply integrate more plant foods into your diet but don’t know where to start, I would love to support you.
